November 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian port operator Luka Rijeka [ZSE:LKRI] said on Monday its supervisory board president, Stefica Salaj, has resigned.
The president of the supervisory board submitted her resignation on November 15, Luka Rijeka said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The resignation will become effective as of the day when the general assembly adopts a decision on selecting a new member, Salaj said in her resignation letter.
Earlier this month, Polish group OT Logistics said it launched a takeover bid for the remaining 43.39% stake in Luka Rijeka it does not already own.
