May 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian Adriatic port operator Luka Ploce d.d. [ZSE:LKPC] said it will propose to its shareholders to skip dividend payment for last year.
The company's net profit of 27.6 million kuna ($3.9 million/3.7 million euro) for 2021 will be retained, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse last week.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 15.
Last year, it decided to cover its net loss of 9.8 million kuna for 2020 from retained profit, it said on Friday.
Luka Ploce's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on Tuesday, when they closed 6.25% lower at 600 kuna.
They are part of the 23-share main equity index of the Zagreb bourse, the CROBEX.
