May 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS-R-A] said it will absorb its Zagreb-based retail unit Kras-Trgovina.
Following the merger, Kras-Trgovina will seize existing, Kras said in a statement with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) last week.

The merger will not result in an increase of Kras' share capital, the statement read.
The company's shares, which are part of ZSE's blue-chip index CROBEX10, closed flat at 540 kuna ($77/71 euro) on Wednesday. They did not trade by 09:03 CET on Thursday.
