March 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery maker Kras has launched a buyout bid for the remaining 24% of Bosnia's largest pastry producer, Mira, it does not yet own, Mira said.
In the bid, Kras is pledging to pay 1.2109 marka ($0.68/0.62 euro) per each outstanding Mira share it does not yet own, the Bosnian company said in a statement with the Banka Luka bourse on Thursday.

The bid will remain open for 30 days, the statement read.
Mira's capital is divided into some 18.47 million shares in par value 1.00 marka each. The shares last traded on the Banja Luka bourse on March 10, closing up 19.05% at 1.00 marka.
Kras closed flat at 510 kuna ($74/67 euro) on the Zagreb bourse on Thursday.
