July 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Wednesday it has increased its own shareholding to 4.99533% of the total share capital.
Kras now holds 74,861 of its own shares, after it acquired 91 shares representing a 0.00607% stake on July 15, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras is one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
