September 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Monday it has increased its own shareholding to 5.0764% of the total share capital.
Kras now holds 76,076 of its own shares, after acquiring 1,215 shares representing a 0.08107% stake between August 29 and September 2, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its stocks traded at 380 kuna ($56/51 euro) by 14:30 CET on Monday, down from 384 kuna on Friday when it ended the session up by 0.52%.
Kras is one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
