September 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Tuesday it has increased its holding of own shares to 5.11764% of the issued share capital.
Kras now holds 76,694 of its own shares, after acquiring 618 of them representing a 0.04124% stake between September 5 and September 9, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras' shares traded unchanged at 500 kuna ($74.7/67.6 euro) by 1219 CET on Tuesday.
Kras is one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
