February 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Friday it has increased its own shareholding to 5.28980% of the issued share capital.
Kras now holds 79,274 of its own shares, after acquiring 2,777 of them on February 14, representing a 0.18530% stake, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras' shares traded flat at 820 kuna ($119.3/110.1 euro) by 1430 CET on Friday.
Kras is one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
