October 31 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS-R-A] said on Tuesday its nine-month consolidated net profit jumped 37.6% on the year to 8.2 million kuna ($1.3 million/1.1 million euro).
The company’s total consolidated revenue edged down 0.95% to 689.3 million kuna through September, while sales revenue equaled 680.7 million kuna, Kras said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
Out of the total sales revenue, 372.4 million kuna was realised on the domestic market, up by 5 million kuna from the same period last year, while foreign sales generated 308.3 million kuna.
Total consolidated expenditures came in at 679 million kuna at the end of September, down by 8.8 million kuna on the year.
Kras' EBITDA totalled 59.1 million kuna and EBITDA margin stood at 8.59%.
In the first nine-months, Kras boosted its exports to the US, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Britain, Palestine and Kosovo, as well as to Bosnia and Macedonia.
