May 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] said it will propose to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 13 kuna per share ($1.8/1.7 euro) out of is net profit for last year, up from the 5.80 kuna dividend per share it paid last year.
Ex-dividend date is June 24, record date is June 25, and payment date is July 10, the company said on Monday in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The company will pay in dividend 33.09 million kuna out of its 33.18 million net profit for last year and the rest of some 76,000 kuna will will be retained.
Its shareholders will vote on the proposal on an annual shareholders' meeting on June 10.
Koncar Elektroindustrija's shares last traded on Monday, when they ended at 960 kuna, down 1.03% higher on the Zagreb bourse.
Koncar Elektroindustrija is the parent company of Koncar Group, which offers turnkey construction of power plants, manufactures transformers, generators, motors, switchgear and other equipment for power generation, transmission and distribution, as well as tramcars, electric multiple units, railway plants and accompanying equipment and systems.
