December 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip electrical equipment producer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] said the Koncar Group expects consolidated revenues from the sale of products and services to reach 2.8 billion kuna ($437.6 million/371.1 million euro) in 2017, before jumping 11.2% to 3.1 billion kuna next year.
In 2017, the sale of products and services on foreign markets is estimated to reach 1.5 billion kuna or 7.4% higher on the year, while in 2018 this figure is expected to grow by 13% to 1.7 billion kuna, Koncar said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Next year, the company's most important export markets will be Sweden, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Norway and Italy.
New deals contracted in 2017 are planned to reach 2.8 billion kuna, with half of them on foreign markets. Next year, they are seen rising to 3.4 billion kuna, of which 61% on foreign markets.
Investments in 2018 are projected at 291.8 million kuna, as most of which will be financed by the company itself.
The Koncar Group is made up of Koncar Elektroindustrija as group leader and 17 units.
