ZAGREB (Croatia), May 24 (SeeNews) - Croatian instrument transformers manufacturer Koncar - Mjerni Trasnformatori [ZSE:KOTR2] said it will pay a dividend of 32.73 kuna ($4.7/4.3 euro) per share out of its net profit for last year, lower than the dividend of 44.23 kuna the company distributed from its net profit for 2020.

Overall, it will pay out to investors 4.1 million kuna out of its 8.3 million kuna net profit for last year; 384,700 kuna of the profit will be retained and the remainder will be allocated to different forms of reserves, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Monday, after its shareholders approved the prposed dividend distribution.

Ex-dividend date is May 13, record date is May 15 and payment date is June 14.

The company paid in dividend 6.6 million kuna out of its almost 9 million kuna net profit for 2020.

The company's shares last traded on May 9 on the Zagreb bourse, closing flat at 815 kuna.
