December 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian company Kermas Energija has acquired a 68.93% stake in local seaside resort Apartmani Medena, the resort operator said on Friday.
Kermas Energija has purchased 527,560 shares of Apartmani Medena on December 5 from a state-held alternative investment fund, the resort operator said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.
The purchaser is now obliged to launch a takeover bid for the shares of Apartmani Medena it does not already own.
Zagreb-based Kermas Energija is part of the Kermas Limited international investment corporation. The company has major investments in mining, renewable energy, real estate, marina development, agriculture and shipbuilding.
