ZAGREB (Croatia), July 19 (SeeNews) – The shareholders of Croatian oil pipeline operator Janaf approved on Monday a proposal to pay a dividend of 81.49 kuna ($12.8/10.9 euro) per share for 2020.
The company's shareholders decided on Monday to distribute 82.1 million kuna in dividend out of the company's net profit for 2020, Janaf said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The dividend will be paid to shareholders on record as of July 22. The shares go ex-dividend on July 21.
The company reported a 288 million kuna net profit for 2020.
Last year it paid a lower dividend, of 74.08 kuna kuna per share, in an overall dividend payout of 74.6 million kuna from its 262 million kuna net profit for 2019.
Croatia's ministry of state assets controls some 52% of Janaf's share capital, followed by the government's centre for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, with some 26%, and energy firm INA with some 12%.
Janaf has crude oil and oil products terminals on the island of Krk, as well as in Sisak, Virje, Slavonski Brod and Zitnjak. It operates 622 kilometres of pipelines.
Janaf's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on July 1, when they closed at 4,500 kuna, up 3.21% from the previous closing.
