March 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil pipeline operator Janaf will propose to its shareholders to distribute an annual dividend of 11.52 euro per share for last year, it said.
Out of the company’s net profit of 40.7 million euro reported for 2022, 11.6 million euro will be distributed as dividend, 7.7 million euro will be retained, and the remainder will be allocated to other reserves, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.
Record date is July 31 and payment date is August 4.
Last year, the company distributed a dividend of 75.36 kuna ($10.8/10 euro) per share.
Janaf's shares last traded on March 21 when they closed flat at 730 euro.
