March 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil pipeline operator Janaf [ZSE:JNAF] said it has signed an oil storage contract and with Swiss oil and gas group Vitol.
Janaf will store 117,856 cubic metres of crude oil at the Omisalj terminal on the island of Krk as of June 1 for a period of 6+6 months, the company said in a press release on Monday. It did not disclose the value of the deal.
Majority state-owned Janaf operates terminals for crude oil and petroleum products on the island of Krk, as well as in Sisak, Virje, Slavonski Brod and Zitnjak.
Janaf's shares closed 6.85% higher at 780 euro ($843) on Monday on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
