October 29 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Croatia increased by an annual 27% to 7,405 in the first nine months of 2021, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose by 24% on the year to 6,302 in the first nine months of 2021, ACEA said in a statement on Thursday, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes jumped 51% year-on-year to 977 in the review period.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, increased by 19% year-on-year to 1,436,934 in the nine months through September.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 36% higher at 189,936.
