May 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Croatia dropped by an annual 4.5% to 3,140 in the first four months of this year, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes fell by 4.2% on the year to 2,699 vehicles in the January-April period, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes declined 4.7% on the year to 405 in the review period.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell by 20.3% year-on-year to 536,408 in the first four months of this year.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 12.6% lower at 74,459.
