November 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian water bottling company Jamnica [ZSE:JMNC-R-A] said on Friday it has sold its motor vehicle service business to local company Star Import for around 4.4 million euro ($5.5 million).
The sale will include movable assets and other tangible and intangible assets used by Jamnica for servicing and maintenance of motor vehicles, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The transfer of assets will be phased and is seen wrapping up not later than January 1.
Jamnica is part of Croatian privately-held concern Agrokor. Star Import is a unit of Swiss automobile trader Emil Frey Group.
