November 29 (SeeNews) - Shareholders of Croatia's majority state-owned shipping company Jadroplov [ZSE:JDPL] approved a proposal to skip dividend distribution for last year, it said.
The shareholders decided to use the company's net profit of 101.4 million kuna ($15.7 million/13.5 million euro) reported for 2020 to cover losses from previous years, Jadroplov said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Friday.
Last year, the shareholders decided to cover the company's net loss of 293.8 million kuna for 2019 with future profit.
The company's shares traded at 57 kuna intraday on Monday on the Zagreb bourse, up 2.70% compared to Friday's closing price.
