ZAGREB (Croatia), October 18 (SeeNews) - Croatia's majority state-owned shipping company Jadroplov [ZSE:JDPL] is proposing to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution for last year, it said.

The company's net profit of 101.4 million kuna ($15.7 million/13.5 million euro) reported for 2020 will be used to cover losses from previous years, the company said on Friday an invitation to a shareholders meeting, to take place Split on November 26.

Last year, the shareholders of the company decided to cover its net loss of 293.8 million kuna for 2019 with future profit.

The company's shares traded at 73.50 kuna intraday on Monday on the Zagreb bourse, down 2% compared to Friday's closing price.
