March 6 (SeeNews) - Croatian freight forwarder Jadroagent [ZSE:JDGT] said on Monday that it will propose to its shareholders a gross dividend of 8 euro per share, after an interim payout in January of 5 euro per share out of its operating profit for 2022.
The company will pay the rest of the dividend using 4.9 million kuna ($694,000/ 650,000 euro) of retained profits from earlier years and 1.8 million kuna from the 2022 net profit, Jadroagent said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Record date is April 21, ex-dividend day is April 20 and payment date is April 26. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 12.
The company’s net profit for 2022 stood at 15.8 million kuna. As much as 9.2 million kuna of the total will be retained and some 612,000 will be allocated to different reserves.
Jadroagent distributed in April 2022 a gross dividend of 50 kuna per share from its net profit for 2021 and previous years, following an interim payout of 30 kuna per share in January.
The company's shares last traded on December 28, closing 2.76% higher at 1.860 kuna.
