ZAGREB (Croatia), November 21 (SeeNews) – Croatian insurer Jadransko osiguranje's [ZSE:JDOS] shareholders have approved a proposal to the change the company's name to Adriatic osiguranje.
The name change was approved by the shareholders meeting of the company held on November 20, Jadransko osiguranje said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The shareholders also approved the distribution of dividend in the amount of 200 kuna ($30.6/26.9 euro) per share from the profit accumulated during the period from 2005 to 2011, Jadransko osiguranje said.
