November 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Jadran [ZSE:JDRN] recorded a profit of 12.7 million kuna ($2 million/1.7 million euro) in the first nine months of 2018, up from 9.3 million kuna in the like period of the previous year.
The company's operating revenue grew 8.3% on the year to 83.1 million kuna, while costs grew to 69.5 million kuna from 67 million kuna, Jadran said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The hotels operated by Jadran recorded a 4% rise in the number of overnight stays in the period under review to a total of 398,470, the company said.
Jadran had a workforce of 382 employees at the end of September.
