February 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Istarska Kreditna Banka Umag [ZSE:IKBA] said it plans to pay a dividend of 75 kuna ($11/10 euro) per share from its 2019 profit, up from the 70 kuna dividend it paid for 2018.
The proposal will be put to vote at a general shareholders' meeting scheduled for April 17, the bank said in a statement with the Zagreb bourse on Friday.
It has not yet published its full-year financial report for 2019.
If approved, the dividend will be paid out on April 30, with the ex-dividend date being April 22.
Istarska Kreditna Banka Umag's shares closed flat at 1,670 kuna on the Zagreb bourse on Friday. They did not trade at opening on Monday.
