August 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's civil engineering company Institut IGH [ZSE:IGH] said on Tuesday it has signed a 3.9 million kuna ($613,000/521,000 euro) contract to provide design and administrative services regarding a project for an upgrade of sections of A9 motorway to local motorway operator Bina-Istra.
Under the deal, Institut IGH will prepare project documentation and carry out administrative procedures related to a planned widening of two sections of A9, in which two new infrastructure facilities, Limska Draga viaduct and Mirna bridge, are located, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Institut IGH is expected to complete the overall work on the assignment within 365 days.
A9 is a north–south motorway in Croatia's western region of Istria, with a length of 78.3 kilometres.
Institut IGH's shares traded 3.23% lower at 120 kuna on the ZSE intraday on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
