May 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR] said it would propose to its shareholders to skip dividend payment for last year.
The company's net profit of 7.2 million kuna ($1.0 million/955,000 euro) reported for 2021 will be used to cover losses from previous years, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse on Thursday.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 13.
The company skipped dividend distribution last year, deciding instead to use its net profit of 83.9 million kuna reported for 2020 to cover losses from previous years.
Ingra's shares traded 1.64% lower at 12 kuna on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse, down 1.64%.
Ingra's shares are a constituent of the main 23-share equity index of the Zagreb bourse, the CROBEX.
