January 25 (SeeNews) - Croatia's leading software company and global cloud communications provider Infobip is in the final stage of construction of its campus in the capital Zagreb, local media reported.
The Alpha Centauri complex could be completed by the end of March, although moving in may be delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, daily Jutarnji List quoted Emil Ferjancic, Infobip's investments and technical maintenance manager, as saying on Sunday.
Infobip employs nearly 600 in Zagreb, Ferjancic said.
With a total area of 11,900 sq m and seven stories, the campus will be the largest business complex in Croatia and the region, according to the report.
Infobip in December announced plans to build a new campus in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.
The company also mulls building a campus in Colombia's Bogota, as the location represents Infobip's hub for South America, Ferjancic added.
Infobip serves and partners with leading mobile operators, messaging apps, banks, social networks, tech companies, and aggregators. Established in 2006 in Vodnjan, it has expanded to include over 65 offices on six continents, with the capacity to reach more than seven billion mobile devices and ‘things’ in more than 190 countries connected directly to over 650 telecom networks.
