June 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia's industrial sales rose by 16.7% on the year in April, after growing by an annual 18.8% in March, the country's statistical office said on Tuesday.
Sales of intermediate goods went up by 32.7% on an annual comparison basis in April, durable consumer goods rose by 29.4%, and sales of non-durable consumer goods increased by 23.4%, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
Energy sales dropped 23.1% year-on-year in April and sales of capital goods fell by 10.1%.
On a monthly comparison basis, Croatia's total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial sales stagnated in April, after rising 0.3% in March.
Croatia's industrial sales rose 17.7% in 2021.
