February 26 (SeeNews) - Croatia's industrial sales decreased by 7% last year, compared with 2019, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
In December alone, industrial sales decreased by 6.8% year-on-year, after rising by an annual 1.6% in November, the statistical office said in a statement.
Industrial sales on the non-domestic market edged down 0.8% on the year in December, while domestic industrial sales shrank by 8%.
Sales of intermediate goods grew 5% on the year, sales of non-durable consumer goods fell 0.7%, while sales of durable goods lost 0.8% in December.
Sales of capital goods added 5% year-on-year in December, while sales of energy plunged 83.4%.
On a monthly comparison basis, Croatia's industrial sales fell 5.9% in December, after growing 4.3% in November.
