June 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Importanne Hotels&Resort has opened its fifth hotel in Dubrovnik, one of the country's top Adriatic Sea destinations, local media reported on Tuesday.
Thus, the group owned by Croatian businessman Ciril Zvonko has completed an investment cycle of building five five-star hotels on Babin Kuk - a wealthy district on the Lapad peninsula in Dubrovnik known for its high-end hotels and yacht clubs, news daily Poslovni Dnevnik reported.
The company has declined to provide the value of its investment.
The new Royal Blue hotel has 81 luxury rooms with panoramic view to the sea and the Elaphites archipelago. It also hosts two a la carte restaurants and the first and only open rooftop swimming pool in Dubrovnik.
Importanne Hotels&Resort is part of Importanne Group whose primary buiness is construction and engineering. The group owns the Importanne Centar and Importanne Galleria shopping centres in Zagreb.
