ZAGREB (Croatia), November 15 (SeeNews) – Croatian financial group ICF disposed of a 7.89% stake in local hotel operator Liburnia Riviera Hoteli [ZSE:LRH-R-A] with a nominal value of 54.97 million kuna ($7.9 million/7.3 million euro), Liburnia said on Tuesday.
ICF has disposed of a total of 23,900 shares worth a nominal 2,300.0 kuna each via a block deal on the Zagreb bourse, Liburnia said in a Zagreb bouse filing.

"Following the disposal of shares, the company has fallen below the threshold of 5% of voting rights", Liburnia noted.
According to information from the stock exchange, ICF held a 7.91% stake in Liburnia.
Liburnia's shares were quoted at 3,650.04 kuna as of 10.51 a.m. on Tuesday.
LHR operates hotels in Opatija and Dubrovnik in Croatia and in Slovenia's Portoroz.
