The transaction will not influence the provision of telecommunication services to HT customers who were its electric energy services customers until the sale, the company noted.
HT and RWE Hrvatska concluded a contract in early June thereby initiating the process of the transfer of HT's electric energy business segment to RWE Hrvatska.
The Croatian energy regulator, HERA, granted a licence to Hrvatski Telekom to supply electricity in October 2013.
