March 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia's biggest telecommunications operator, Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT], said on Wednesday it has withdrawn 218,471 acquired company shares without nominal value, without decreasing the company's share capital.
The total number of HT shares has decreased from 81,888,535 to 81,670,064 shares without nominal value, while the remaining shares’ participation in the share capital is being increased, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The share capital of the company remains unchanged, and amounts to 9.82 billion kuna ($1.6 billion/1.3 billion euro).
The change in total number of shares of the HT was entered into the register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb on Tuesday, the company said.
