October 9 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 419,765 of its own shares as of October 9, representing 0.516828% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 684 of its shares at 168.5 kuna ($24.9/22.7 euro) apiece on October 4, and a further 158 shares on October 7 at 169 kuna, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1422 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.59% from Monday's close.
The ZSE was closed on Tuesday for Croatia's Independence day.
