May 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Thursday it held 757,177 of its own shares as of May 14, representing 0.932260% of the company's issued share capital.
On May 12, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 650 own shares at 165.5 kuna ($23.6/21.9 euro) apiece, and a further 124 units at 164.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.6% higher at 167 kuna by 13:26 CET on Thursday on the ZSE.
