February 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 528,272 of its own shares as of February 26, representing 0.650425% of the company's issued share capital.
On February 24, it repurchased 2,423 own shares at 184 kuna ($26.8/24.6 euro) apiece, and bought a further 2,580 shares at 173 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded flat at 174.5 kuna by 1104 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday.
