October 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 418,923 of its own shares as of October 4, representing 0.515791% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,779 of its shares at 168.4 kuna ($24.9/22.7 euro) apiece on October 2, and another 663 own shares on the following day at 167.5 kuna per share, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 167.5 kuna by 1215 CET on ZSE on Friday, down 0.3% from Thursday's close.
