April 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 693,648 of its own shares as of April 8, representing 0.854041% of the company's issued share capital.
On April 6, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 10,000 own shares at 164 kuna ($23.4/21.5 euro) apiece, and bought a further 9,500 shares at 168.3 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.6% lower at 165 kuna by 1232 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE.
