October 25 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 429,463 of its own shares as of October 25, representing 0.528768% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 184 of its shares at 170.8 kuna ($25.5/22.9 euro) apiece on October 23, and a further 1,708 shares the following day at 170.5 kuna, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 169.5 kuna by 1113 CET on the ZSE on Friday, down 0.59% from Thursday's close.
