September 30 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Monday it held 414,197 of its own shares as of September 30, representing 0.509972% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,404 of its shares at 169.8 kuna ($25.1/22.9 euro) apiece on September 27, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 167 kuna by 1051 CET on ZSE on Monday, down 0.89% from Friday's close.
