November 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Thursday it has bought back 1,108 of its shares at 168.5 kuna ($25.1/22.6 euro) apiece on November 20.
Following the transaction, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) held 445,110 of its own shares as of November 21, representing 0.548033% of the company's issued share capital, said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1337 CET on the ZSE on Thursday, up 0.3%.
