December 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Thursday it held 450,977 of its own shares as of December 12, representing 0.555257% of the company's issued share capital.
On December 11, the company repurchased 74 of its own shares at 170 kuna ($25.4/22.9 euro) per share, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded up 0.29% higher at 170 kuna by 1132 CET on Thursday on the ZSE.
