September 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 401,969 of its own shares, representing 0.494917% of the issued share capital, as of September 6.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 854 of its shares at 157.5 kuna ($23.4/21.3 euro) apiece on September 4, and a further 671 shares at the same price a day later, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT, while the remainder is owned by smaller shareholders.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded 0.32% higher at 158 kuna on the ZSE by 13:33 CET on Friday.
