June 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] has further increased its own shareholding, and as of June 14 held 817,049 treasury shares, representing 1.000427% of the issued capital, the company said.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,820 own shares for 158.3 kuna ($24.1/21.4 euro) apiece on June 12, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday.
The following day, HT purchased a further 185 units at 156.5 kuna per share.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 156.5 kuna by 11:32 CET on the ZSE on Friday, unchanged from Thursday's close.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
