January 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunications company Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said it has increased its own shareholding this week and as of Wednesday held 474,397 of its own shares, representing 0.580870% of the issued share capital.
On January 14, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,017 own shares at 149.50 kuna ($22.9/20.1 euro) apiece, representing 0.001245% of the company's share capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On January 15, HT purchased a further 731 shares at 150.50 kuna, representing a 0.000895% stake.
HT serves 875,000 fixed lines, 2.24 million mobile subscribers, and 624,000 broadband connections.
