May 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Monday it held 756,403 of its own shares as of May 11, representing 0.931307% of the company's issued share capital.
On May 7, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 3,700 own shares at 164 kuna ($23.5/21.7 euro) apiece, and a further 1,518 units at 165.3 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 1.2% lower at 164 kuna by 1049 CET on Monday on the ZSE.
