October 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it has bought back 390 of its shares at 168.9 kuna ($25.1/22.7 euro) apiece on October 9, and a further 94 shares the following day at the same price.
Following the transactions, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) held 420,249 of its own shares as of October 11, representing 0.517423% of the company's issued share capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1314 CET on Friday, down 0.3% from Thursday's close.
