February 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 508,037 of its own shares as of February 12, which represent 0.625511% of the company's issued share capital.
On February 10, it repurchased 2,002 own shares at 187.5 kuna ($27.4/25.1 euro) apiece, and a further 2,033 own units at 186 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded flat at 186 kuna by 1259 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday.
