April 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said it held 700,498 of its own shares as of April 16, representing 0.862475% of the company's issued share capital.
On April 14, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 3,850 own shares at 166.7 kuna ($23.8/22.0 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 0.3% higher at 165 kuna by 1157 CET on Friday on the ZSE.
